My Wife is addicted to this stuff, we have trouble keeping it in the house.

The thicker pieces have a better coating of the seasoning, September 19, 2014
Bought this on a whim - the thinner pieces are more comparable to crispy chicken skin than fish and don't have much flavor. The thicker pieces have a better coating of the seasoning, which is more sweet than salt, and are less chewy. It doesn't really taste fishy until after a few pieces.

Your mileage may vary, but I found it to be a lot better than salmon jerky.

Very chewy

Ummm...not for me, thanks, July 14, 2014
Too much salt is not the issue for me with this item. It has a very unusual flavor - something you would either really like or really avoid in the future. Quality of the meat is good but I do not care for the strong fishy flavor combined with powerful sweet and salty flavors. Maybe just too much for my tastebuds. If you are looking for something that is somewhat confusing - a powerful flavor smack-down inside your mouth - this might be just the treat for you.

I love it, June 13, 2014
This was a gift and having always wanted to smoke some of this fish I was pumped to get it. I opened tha bag and between the 3 of us present we ate a third of it .I found it delicous and addicting !!

goof but not my favorite flavor, May 31, 2014
I absolutely love love love the onion-pepper and teriyaki flavors. lemon on fish is not really one of my favorites but I wanted to give it a try since the others were so tasty. it's certainly ok, but just not for me.

if lemon is your thing, go for this one.

I love marlin. I'm ok with this
and not sure I will re-order.

The bottom line cost (the extra shipping)
probably means I will stay with salmon jerky.

However if you like marlin, you owe yourself
a bag to try for yourself.

I love the Hawaiian Marlin Fish Jerky. The Lemon Salt and Teriyaki flavors are both delicious and a wonderful snack! The protein content is high and the sugar content low. I regularly order these and highly recommend them!
