REVIEW the LABEL Ingredients, January 31, 2014
Would have been a wonderful product if it weren't for the TBHQ ingredient in this! Look it up on the internet- it is a nasty preservative with bad side effects.

Glad to have gotten this, September 20, 2013
Haven't used this yet, but it will be used after canning season
to make up homemade packaged meals or sauces.

Tasteless, May 29, 2013
I was hoping to have sour cream & chive popcorn, but this doesn't work for that application. It's pretty tasteless.

sour cream and chives powder, May 20, 2013
mixes well, easy to follow instructions. Arrived quickly and well packaged, however, our family doesn't particularly care for the taste. Good value but better in complex recipes.

Powdered sour cream, May 1, 2013
Loved the product and used it on homemade chips and potatoes. I sifted the green onions and used it for beef arrogantly. Yummy.I used the leftover green onions for baked potato in husbands lunch the next day.

Fantastic Product, October 14, 2012
I took this stuff on a two week camping trip. I put it in chilli, made tacos and soups. This is the best tasting sour cream powder I've ever come across. Buy this stuff now! One bag lasted 6 campers for about 3-4 meals used as a condiment.

Sour Cream and Chives Powder, April 10, 2012
This is a great sour cream and chives powder. Scalloped potatoes with this sour cream and chives is very tasty.Sour Cream and Chives Powder, 8 oz. I mix as much as I need for a meal. There is zero waste. The product stores well.

Good Stuff, No nutritonal data info on label, June 13, 2011
I like the taste of this stuff. Mixed some with the cheddar cheese powder and had a great dipping sauce for my Sweet Sue Chicken Breast Chunks. There is not an nutritional information on the label. I even looked on their website for nutritional data for this product. I am mainly concerned about the sodium content. I like to monitor my salt intake. Also, I would like to know if there is some calcium in this product (there should be, because it is made from sour cream).
